Hi, I'm Ben.

I'm a Senior AI Engineer at MEDFAR Clinical Solutions in Montreal, where I lead prompt and model evaluation for AI features used by physicians. Before that I was an AI and software engineering researcher at Huawei Canada's Centre for Software Excellence. I have an M.Sc. in Computing from Queen's University and a B.Sc. in Software Engineering from UNB.

My interests are AI for software engineering, software engineering for AI systems, AI in healthcare, and how LLMs work under the hood. More on my professional career can be found in my bio and my publications. Outside work, I run, hike, and read.
